BB4K Newsletters

BB4K (Bounce Back for Kids) is a support programme developed by PACT, a local charity. They have produced some fabulous Newsletters with ideas and activities to support both children's and adults well-being as well things to do at home and links to other useful websites. They are full of wonderful gems to help us all - take a look!
