Yoga is an ancient practice which promotes physical and mental wellbeing through a series of moves and poses.
It can be done at any time of the day and for as long as you want, so is perfect for a quick brain break or for some more sustained physical activity while you are at home.
Have a go and include the family in a calming Yoga session.

We hope you are all enjoying using Real PE at home - please do ask your teachers if you are not sure how to access this resource. Keep your eyes peeled for the next competition with Real PE to see what challenge awaits. In the meantime, have a go at the activities in Days 7 and 8.
Watch the video for these first (you will see a video for each day when you are logged in) so you can see how to do these activities at home. Then have fun trying different types of jumping, balances, play Seated Volleyball or Stepping Stones with your siblings or have a family fun day with your parents at the weekend.
