New star added for the new week of home learning with White Rose. This week it is all about symmetry and coordinates - both fun topics. I have included some symmetry activities online as well as sheets to work on from the video lesson.
I have a couple of triangle challenges this week to revise what you have learnt about triangles last week.

If you fancy something a bit different I have added some of the maths mysteries to solve :) They have a fun mix of games and skills to practice as you try to solve the problem.
Weekly Skills Check
I have put up some of the weekly maths skills checks we do each week in class. Don't worry if you can't print them out have a go at answering the questions on paper.
Make sure to check which stage you are on.
I have also included the answer sheets so that you can check your own work. If you find you have an answer wrong can you work out how to get to the right answer? Work through the problem again and see if you can spot the error.

The last week and this week on White Rose they are revisiting decimals, fractions and money. I have downloaded the worksheets for you but it would be best if you can watch the videos on the website that match as they support the learning.
Just use pencil and paper to jot down your answers if you can't print off the work sheet.
The answer sheet is also give so you can check your work.
The worksheets below are from White Rose and work through addition in columns. They get progressively harder so start from the beginning. You don't need to complete any of the sheets in one sitting. Take your time and break it down into smaller chunks. Answer a few questions a day if you find that easier.
