There are new videos below to get you moving. I didn't delete the others so if you have a favourite just scroll down to find it. 


Real PE at home includes an online programme which supports families to be active, play and learn together. 


It includes a programme for children in Key Stage 2, with daily and weekly guidance provided for both programmes in addition to an option to choose your own themes and activities.


You will need a login and password from school to access this, if you have not received it please email your class teacher asking for the details.

There are also competitions which you and your family can participate in and will in with a chance to win prizes from Real PE. More information on this can be found in the user guide - the user guide will also explain how you can adapt the PE lessons for home learning and what you can use instead of PE equipment: 


Have a go at as many of the activities as you want from Key Stage 2 - you can start on Day 1 or choose some activities you are interested in. Here are a few fun activities you can look for when you are logged in, you might recognise some activities from your PE lessons:

Time to get physical! 


You may already be doing something fun like joining for 'PE with Joe' or following some Cosmic Yoga - if you are well done and keep on going. 


I have suggestions below for 2 weeks worth of physical activities for you.  I have labelled one activity for each day 'Energy' to get you moving and one for 'Mindfulness' for when we need that time and space to relax and re-energize. 


If you want a low tech or no tech version I have also put in some activities that don't need a video to get you moving. 



Low Tech or No Tech Exercise


Get some jumping into your day!

Jumping Jacks: stretch arms and legs out to the side like a starfish while jumping, return arms to sides and legs to centre on landing


Tuck Jumps: bend knees and lift heels high while jumping


Hurdle Hops: jump side-to-side or front-to-back over pretend hurdle


One-Foot Hops: lift one knee and jump on standing leg; alternate (this is a great balance challenge too!)


Criss-Cross Feet: jump straight up, then cross one foot in front of the other; on next jump, switch feet and continue

Could you try and do 10 of each type of jump or even 20 of each type of jump.

If you have a rope and a space outdoors can you do 100 skips? Or 200 skips?


Get some stepping into your day!

Use the bottom step of your stairs if you have them. Step up and down on to this step. \can you do it 50 times with no stopping? 


Walk on the spot – arms and legs moving – knees up high. Can you walk like this without stopping for 5 minutes?

Speed up and jog on the spot or around the room.



What’s your favourite music. Pop some music on or sing and let it all go. Dance and move however you want – no one can see you so just enjoy moving your body to the music. Don’t stop until the song stops.
