Real PE at home
Real PE at home includes an online programme which supports families to be active, play and learn together. It includes a programme specifically for children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with 12 themes, over 250 activities and challenges and 1000s of hours of fun and activity. This programme is also great for family play and fun.
It also includes a programme for children in Key Stage 2, with daily and weekly guidance provided for both programmes in addition to an option to choose your own themes and activities.
You will need a login and password from school to access this, if you have not received it please email your class teacher asking for the details.

There are also competitions which you and your family can participate in and will in with a chance to win prizes from Real PE. More information on this can be found in the user guide - the user guide will also explain how you can adapt the PE lessons for home learning and what you can use instead of PE equipment:
Have a go at as many of the activities for Key Stage 2 as you want - you can start on Day 1 or choose some activities you are interested in.
I know lots of you have been following Joe Wicks in the morning with his daily workout. My daily workout at that time is walking the dog.
Here are some workout cards, you can workout for 5 minutes or 8 minutes. All the instructions are on the cards. It also means you can get active at any time of the day.
