SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST

RG3 (SP 5 – 11)

 

  • Part-time 25 hours a week (working 8:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday)
  • Term Time only (without INSET days)
  • Permanent

 

We are seeking to appoint a skilled School Receptionist to join our office team from June 2021. We are looking for a warm, friendly, energetic, organised and resilient professional. Working hours will be 8:00 to 13:00 to cover our front office 5 mornings a week. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but applications are invited from suitably experienced administrators, customer service professionals or receptionists.

 

We are looking for administrators, customer service professionals or receptionists who are:

  • able to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for our pupils and families;

  • able to bring excellent computer and word processing skills
  • lively and fun and able to communicate well with pupils, staff, parents and prospective parents;
