Transitioning to Reception

We are really excited to welcome your child to their first year at primary school!
We understand that every child comes to school with different experiences—some may have attended a preschool, nursery, or childminder, while others may not have attended a setting at all. We believe it’s important that the transition to school is a positive one, and we will work closely with parents and carers to make this process as smooth and supportive as possible.
