At Coley Primary School, we are proud to reflect the rich diversity of our community and the families we serve. We are committed to creating a caring, inclusive environment where every child, family member, and staff member feels valued, respected, and confident in who they are. Respect for all underpins everything we do, as we actively promote equality, challenge discrimination and stereotypes, and ensure that everyone can participate fully in school life.
Working together—staff, governors, parents, and pupils—we foster a happy, welcoming atmosphere where children and adults grow into confident, successful learners, ready to embrace future challenges. High-quality teaching and learning are central to our work, and we are dedicated to enabling and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
We are committed to closing attainment and progress gaps so that all learners, regardless of background or ability, can succeed. Pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities are well supported to make strong progress in their learning and development. Our SEND provision is regularly reviewed and strengthened, with additional resources and targeted interventions in place to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Our SEND Co-ordinator is Mrs Budd
